We compensate you directly with £8000 for any damage or loss of your frozen materials during the transport process. The compensation will be paid directly from Embryoport not via 3rd party insurer. Full refund 

We will fully refund you if we fail to transport your materials within two weeks of the agreed date. 

Rescue Shipper

Our transporter travels with a rescue shipper as a backup to rescue your precious materials in case of primary shipper failure. The rescue shipper will be used for on-land transport.

We can arrange your transport even with short notice (24 hours) provided the IVF clinics are ready to proceed. Our express service for London transport is £50 extra only.

Our shipper is equipped with a continuous temperature logger to ensure the safe transport of your precious samples. Our shipper maintains temperature below  -190 ºC for up to 14 days.

Safety & Security

Our transport dry shipper will be sealed during the transport. Only your samples will be transported in our shipper to eliminate any contamination risks from other samples. 

Communication 

We will communicate with both the importing and exporting clinics to ensure effective and on-time handover of your materials before the start date of your treatment.
